2007 Lachance-Morin Prize Rousseau is Proud to be the Recipient of the 2007 Lachance-Morin Prize At Rousseau, we always take a proactive approach in improving our safety measures for the prevention of injuries. The primary goal of the Health and Safety Committee this year was to improve security procedures on the plant floor. They re-evaluated work methods of production for our bending presses, procedures for adjusting equipment, access zones etc.. Due to their efforts, Rousseau was honoured to receive the esteemed 2007 Lachance-Morin Prize. This prize is awarded annually to companies that prove their commitment to employee safety by innovative procedures that effectively help prevent injuries and accidents. Our successful project is now being used as a model for other companies to implement in their Health & Safety Programs. We are extremely proud of our dynamic and committed Rousseau Team. Rousseau Metal Inc. is certified C-TPAT Rousseau Metal inc. is proud to be certified C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism),  which is a customs trade secret program. It is an optional certification, where all supply chain participants cooperate with US Customs (CBP).
